Refund & Return Policy
At westernwak, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and return policy carefully:
1. Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
To initiate a refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, providing clear photographs of the damage/defect and the packaging.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method/the customer’s bank account after the damaged item is reviewed and approved by the team.
2. Exchanges & Store Credit:
For sizing issues we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide:
An exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
Store credit if the desired size is unavailable.
3. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
4. Final Sale Items:
Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
